How do I place an order?

Please follow these procedures to place your order:

  1. Many popular products are listed in our homepage. You can click on any item that you are interested in to read the details about that product. There, you can place an order by clicking Buy Now Button . Alternatively, you can also go to the relative category page on the left-hand side to find more products by clicking the link in the "Products" field located on the left of the home page as shown below:

    In the category page, please click Buy Now Button beside the product name you would like to purchase. You can also get into the product detail page from here to read and order by clicking one of the links of the products.
  2. The item will be added into your shopping cart after you click Buy Now Button. The webpage will turn into the "Shopping Cart" page.
  3. If you want more than one item of your selected product, please change the quantity in the "Qty." column and then click Update Cart Item Button to update your order. If you have changed your mind, and do not want this item, please check the box in the "Remove" column, and then click Update Cart Item Button. If you want to further purchase or browse other items, please click Continue Shopping Button in the "Shopping Cart" page or Continue Next Button in case there is no item in your shopping cart. The page will then turn to our home page.
  4. Repeat the previous steps until you have completed your shopping.
  5. Now it is time to check out. Please click any of three links on the top-right of the page to get into check out procedures as shown below:

    If you are in "Shopping Cart" page, you can also click Checkout Button to start the checkout process.
  6. If you are not logged in as a user, you will be directed to "Sign In" page. Then you can either sign in to proceed (if you do not have an account, please read How do I sign up for an account?) or click PayPal Express Checkout Button if you do not want to sign in and you have a paypal account. You will be directed to a page for you to input your paypal account information.
  7. Please follow the instructions after you log in your account and click Next Step Button to go to next step. If you want to change your delivery address, please click Change Shipping Address Button and input your new address.

How do I sign up for an account?

Please follow these procedures to sign up for an account:

  1. In most of pages, you can see the two links which the green arrows point to as shown below:

  2. Click one of the two links and you will be directed to "Sign In" page. Click Signup Button to get into "Sign Up" page.
  3. Input all necessary information and press Submit Button to create an account. Please note that all the information followed by a "*" is required information. Please verify that all the information you input is correct before you click the submit button.
  4. After you submit your information, your account will be created. You will be directed to the "Success" page. From here please click Continue Next Button to go to your "My Account" page. You can modify your information in the "My Account" page.

When can I receive my order?

Your order is usually shipped within 3 business days after you place it. In rare cases we do not have enough stock in local warehouse, please allow a longer time for us to process. We will notify you of this situation through email if it happens.

Delivery time is out of our control and depends entirely on the carrier. Please check out the carrier's website or call the local carriers office to find out their committed delivery time.

The date you receive your order is normally your order date + 3 business days + carrier committed delivery time if no exception occurs.

How can I know the current processing status?

If you previously used express check out through Paypal, the system has automatically set up an account for you using your paypal address. Please check your paypal primary email address to find your password which was automatically generated by our system.

Please sign in your account either generated by yourself or by our system to get your order information through the following procedures:

  1. Get in "Sign In" page as shown in the first two steps of How do I sign up an account?
  2. Sign in using your registered email address and password. You will be directed to "My Account" page
  3. Click the link as shown below to track your order information:

  4. Your status could be in the following status:
    • Processing: Your order is being processed.
    • Shipped: Your order has been shipped.
    • On Hold: There may be something wrong with your order. We may have contacted you regarding this. Please check your email and assist us to finish your order.

What if I lost the password on my account?

Please do the following steps to get your password from your email address:

  1. Get in "Sign In" page as shown in the first two steps of How do I sign up an account?
  2. Click the link as shown below to get into "Lost Password" page:

  3. In "Lost Password" page, please input your email address registered in our website and then click Continue Next Button . System will generate a new password and send it to your email address.
  4. Log in your account using this password and then change your password to what you can easily remember in "My Account" page.

What if I can not recall any information I registered in this website?

For safety reason, we will ask that you provide your name and address information and send the reset password to your registered email address (Since we use industrial safest one-way encryption to encode your password, our system does not know your password in any way so that it can only send you a new reset password). Please check out all your email addresses to find out which email address you registered in our website. If you do not receive that email or you have stopped using that email address, we suggest you register a new account.

I am uncomfortable with sharing my credit card information or my personal information with your site. How can I place an order?

  • Your private information always stays private with us. We will never release your information to any third party.
