I've shopped with clinical guard before and had no problems. This time, it was terrible. It had been several weeks and I hadn't recieved my product. I finally sent an email and received a comment that the item was out of stock and should be in by the end of the week. That week went by and I still had heard nothing. After another email, I recieved a reply that they didn't know when the product would be in stock, that I could choose a different color instead. The payment had already posted, so I had no choice but to settle for another color. I would have much rather to have had the pink color of the pulse oximeter that I ordered, but I had to settle. I was very dissatisfied with that.
