A. This Baby Sound B Pocket Fetal Doppler does not have built-in speaker to play the sound of heart beat. It can play the sound through headphone connection.

Baby Sound B Pocket Fetal Doppler

Wasn't sure about buying one of the cheaper ones, but this product is fantastic. We found the babies heartbeat in 3 minutes. Its really small and compact and easy to use. The only thing is you have to use the headphones to hear the sound, but you can plug it in the bigger speakers or a laptop so everyone can hear. Would definitely recommend it.
